…so I’m ill and grumpy. That is about it.

For the last 48 hours I have been confined to my room with horrible stomach cramps which have left me rushing to the toilet every 20 mins. Not the best way to spend a holiday at all 🙁 It is really annoying as it means I have missed a lot of training and socialising and have just been stuck in this room looking at the same walls day in day out.

I’ve not really wanted to venture out either for risk of infecting anyone else if I am contagious as that wouldn’t be fair to anyone.

On a positive note though I have to say that I really appreciate the support from all the friends that I have made over here. Everyone that has heard that I am not well has offered to bring me things or run errands for me without a moments notice. These are people that I have only known a few days but are offering to do what they can day or night to try and make me feel better so thank you everyone!

Hopefully I start to feel better in the next few hours as tonight is the BBQ Beat Down at Tiger and I really want to be well enough to attend.

That is all for my moaning at the moment. I’m sure I will add a more fun update shortly.

  1. Gutted for you bro. I forgot to give you the magic tablets to stop that as well before you went. Hope you feel better soon. Keep hydrated and try not to shit yourself

  2. Feeling better now thanks bruv. Had loads of meds but still felt aweful. Feeling more human now though.

  3. My sympathies. You know it is something I suffer with regularly. Afraid that a sensitive stomach is a curse from my side of the family. Drink plenty of bottled water to rehydrate & flush it out. Then be careful what you eat & drink whilst stomach still sensitive. Ice in drinks is a NO as you never sure about the water used. Flat coke helps – doctor used to say use as a substitute if we ran out of dioralite. 48 hours is usually the limit. If it continues after that get to a doctor. Love you xxxx
