The last few days have just been full of training hard, eating properly and trying to stay hydrated (which is an effort in its self) which explains the lack of updates.
The thing that I really love about the place is that everyone is here for the same reason and international barriers don’t seem to exist. I have been pushed forwards by some Russian guys that spoke no English while running the other day. All you need sometimes is a pat on the back and an encouraging smile to pick up pace and go at it.
Along with Jake the Australian I’ve also met a Brazilian guy called Nelson who is great. We’ve pushed eachother through a Thai class and thenad a casual roll at BJJ which is always fun when you are nackared.
Everyone j seem to meet here is great so I’m really enjoying it.
Some of the trainers from the camp are fighting tonight in the Suit Stadium so I am going to go down with loads of people from the camp to watch it. Should be a good opportunity to meet people too.
Hopefully it should lead to an interesting update tomorrow
Reading all your activities is making me tired so have stopped smoking & am walking more often. Hope I will also be fitter by the time you return. Love you xxxxx
great to know you are having a “good” time. Pace yourself! both with the fitness training and the booze! Hearing about this adventure, so far, is more relaxing than the trip across Europe in the banger.
Awesome mum 🙂 I know it will be really hard for you but I know you can do it. If I can manage 5 hours of training a day in the hot sun then anyone can do anything!
Your spelling is atrocious, you know 😉
…i was waiting for you to find this and comment. I type fast and wild like a renegade!
“Bitch I do wot I want”.
Exactly!
