So this morning I went to take a shower and all was going well until it was time to turn off the water and get out. I went to turn off the tap leading to the power shower and burnt my hand on it straight away as it was too hot to touch. I gave it a moment and then tried again, yet it was still far too hot (or so I thought).
After my brain kicked into gear a little I remembered that the water going to the shower should be cold, not hot as it was being heated by the power shower, not straight from the mains. It was at that point that it started to make sense that the shower may have actually shorted out and the hot feeling was actually electric shocks.
It turns out there has been some building work and lets just say the regulations in Thailand are not quite the same as in the UK.
At least it helped me to wake up!
Be careful. Want You home in one piece xxx
No need for the minty shower gel to wake you up then!
Haha, Water and electric showers… sounds like a good combo! Good spot though mate, dont be killing ya self too soon over self hygiene! 😛
