The worst thing about meeting so many people here at Tiger is watching so many people leave. Yesterday Rhi left us and started her trip back to the UK. Being the rebel that she is though she is only going back to London for the weekend before flying out to Spain to visit her sister, lessening the blow of going straight home. I’m sure everyone here will miss her loads and it wont quite be the same without her giggling randomly while trying to convince everyone that she is tough!

It has kind of brought home the idea that I only have a few days left here and it seems like not enough time at all. My time here seems to have gone by so fast and no that I only have a day and a half of training left it has sunk in really how fast that time has gone by. It really does feel like it was only yesterday that I arrived and started my little mission here at Tiger and I have loved every minute of it. As with everything though all good things have to come to an end and I still have much more of an adventure ahead of me. I just feel like I have only just started to get into the routine and not even started pushing myself to my full potential as I know I can achieve so much more and do so much better in the conditioning classes to finally get into shape. I think the key thing to me will be making sure that I keep up the exercise as I travel and figure out some bodyweight exercises to do and just keep as active as possible while eating healthy. I know I am going to miss this place and the atmosphere so much though. May just have to pop back at some point for a sneaky few months 🙂
